Perfect base for trip. Supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and host. Tastefully decorated and wonderful rooms, with 3 double beds. A tub and a shampoo available. Setting next to the main train station and the main sites. A wide range of places to eat nearby, including Reganadientes.

I was impressed with the incredible location of this hotel. Being close to museum square made it easy for me to explore and visit all the museums I wanted to see. The comfort of the room was also exceptional, with spaciousness and bright skylight windows that offered a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The shower was fantastic, and having access to laundry facilities was a great bonus.

Rooms here were equipped with all the necessary facilities, coffee plus 2 balconies. Helpful and accommodating staff and easy check in.

Value for money was great, the room was beautiful and had plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Everything was good, me and my baby appreciated the stay. Included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet, all very handy.

The location was perfect - just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit in Madrid. the apartment itself was amazing. the bedroom was quiet and filled with sunlight, even on rainy days. the kitchen had everything we needed and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment and the attention to detail in its renovation. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Madrid. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👌.

Our stay at 60 Balconies Design was exceptional. The apartment was meticulously restored and had a cool retro mid century modern style. The spaciousness and neutral colors made the room feel very welcoming. The location was great and the check-in process was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the Salamanca area and the main city center. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoying the multitude of restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

Spacious, well-designed apartment in a great location. Easy to reach from the airport. Quiet bedroom in the back. High chair and baby bed provided. Walkable to Salamanca area and city center. Helpful reception. Next visit, will book again. Hot water takes time, but worth the wait.

Location: excellent! Nice, quiet area within easy walking distance of main galleries, old town, and shops. Spacious and extremely clean apartment. One of the best kitchen-dining areas we've ever had in an apartment. Helpful and friendly reception.

Mind-blowing location with shops, cafes, and restaurants galore. Superb loft with loads of space, ultra comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities. Jaw-droppingly friendly staff and easy check-in process. This is where I'll stay next time!
